Course Description

The Learn to Breathe Series is a practical, science-informed pathway that blends traditional pranayama with modern nervous-system education.


Across these immersions, you’ll learn how the breath truly works, how it shapes your emotional and physical state, and how to use it as a reliable tool for clarity, regulation and inner steadiness.


Designed for real life, this series gives you simple, effective techniques you can use anywhere... and a deeper understanding of your body, mind and energy.

You’ll receive a comprehensive workbook for each level, guided audio practices to support your home routine, and access to an online learning portal with additional lessons and video demonstrations.

Whether you’re beginning your personal breath journey or preparing to guide others, this series offers a clear, grounded path into breath mastery.

Breath Pathway: Learn to Breathe Series

Level 1 – Foundational Breath (6-Hour Course) $220
Learn to breathe again. Explore the natural rhythm of your breath, release shallow patterns, and build the foundation for nervous system balance and vitality.

Level 2 – Bridging Breath (6-Hour Course) $280
Move beyond awareness into deeper breathing practices that bridge the body, mind, and energy. Explore techniques to create emotional steadiness and clarity.

Level 3 – Advanced Breathwork (2 X 6-Hour Course) $1200 - Early Bird $995
Dive into traditional pranayama and advanced techniques for conscious regulation, expanded awareness, and energetic balance. Learn the art of guiding yourself or others through powerful breath journeys.

Sarah is... Sarah Veyda is an experienced breathwork educator, movement teacher, and nervous-system specialist with over a decade of professional facilitation across yoga, sound meditation, trauma-aware practices, and somatic work.

Known for her ability to translate complex concepts into grounded, embodied experiences, Sarah has guided thousands of students through workshops, retreats, and trainings across Australia and internationally.

With more than 500 hours of formal yoga training, advanced study in Nada Yoga, Trauma-Sensitive Yoga, and nervous system regulation, Sarah combines ancient wisdom with modern science in a way that is practical, accessible, and deeply transformative.

She leads facilitator trainings across Australia, teaching educators how to confidently guide breath, sound, meditation, and movement in both group and 1:1 settings.

Sarah’s teaching weaves together the power of pranayama, the intelligence of the body, and the calming force of sound to help people regulate their nervous system, expand their self-awareness, and reconnect with their inner steadiness.

Her work is grounded, warm, and integrative — making the breath something you can understand, feel, and return to every single day.

Her mission is simple: to make breathwork and nervous system practices accessible, safe, and life-changing... for everyday humans and emerging facilitators alike.
