Level 1 Course Description

Level 1: Foundational Breath

This beginner-level immersion is where your journey begins, a return to your body’s natural rhythm and the foundation for all deeper breathwork to come.

Across six hours, you’ll explore the Primer Breaths; four core breathing techniques that reconnect you to your breath and help you understand its profound impact on your body, mind, and emotions.

You’ll also learn about the four aspects of the breath, the basic anatomy of breathing, and why this simple act is one of the most powerful tools for regulation, clarity, and vitality.

We’ll combine guided practice, gentle movement, and foundational pranayama to help you experience how posture, stress, and awareness all influence the breath. These techniques are practical and immediately useful, helping you calm the nervous system, improve sleep, ease anxiety, and regulate emotions in daily life.

Level 2 – Acension Breath (6-Hour Course) $250
Move beyond awareness into deeper breathing practices that bridge the body, mind, and energy. Explore techniques to create emotional steadiness and clarity.

Level 3 – Advanced Breathwork (6-Hour Course) $280
Dive into traditional pranayama and advanced techniques for conscious regulation, expanded awareness, and energetic balance. Learn the art of guiding yourself or others through powerful breath journeys.

Option to enrol in all three as the complete “Art of Breathing” series — save when booking the bundle.

Sarah is... A Retreat Facilitator, Global Crystal Singing Bowl Educator and Trainer, Reiki Master, Yoga Teacher, specialising in Trauma Informed Embodiment practices, Meditation and Mindfulness.

A Specialist in Mind Performance; practicing Yoga, Meditation, NLP, Hypnotherapy, Time-line Therapy and Journal Therapy.

Sarah successfully ran a Yoga and Healing Studio in the Lockyer Valley for over 6 years holding classes, retreats, sister circles and many events and workshop for her community to embrace the path of Self Discover and Self Exploration.

She holds a Nia White Belt, teaching dance and movement medicine.

Her teaching style reflects her desire to inner-stand, unravel and explore the power of Self-healing, by connecting to the innate wisdom within.

Her greatest passion is the adventure of life and gently bringing any individual who crosses her path to instant peace and ease.
